Who's this cute kid?

One day back in August 2001 a three-year-old kid came to sleep over at his grandfather's house at Redcliffe. His grandfather took him to the Redcliffe Jetty and took lots of photos because this kid liked posing for photos. Does anyone know who this kid is? Does the kid remember visiting his Grandpa?
